Judge Suggests Some, But Not All, Bloggers Qualify as ‘Journalists’ Under Law

Federal Judge Marcos Hernandez in Oregon ruled last November that a self-proclaimed “investigative blogger” was not a journalist for purposes of Oregon’s shield law.
