TripAdvisor Appoints New President

Lindsay Nelson was appointed President of TripAdvisor’s Core Experience (CoreX) business unit. Nelson is currently Chief Commercial Officer for Vox Media, known for its portfolio of brands that go deep into consumer passion points: SB Nation, Eater, The Verge, Vox, Curbed, Polygon, and Recode. She previously served as Vox’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Two Executive Hires at Snap

Jeremi Gorman is tasked with leading Snap’s ad business as Chief Business Officer. She has worked in leadership roles at Amazon since 2015 and was previously Head of Global Ad Sales at the company.

Jared Grusd has joined Snap as Chief Strategy Officer and will lead business development and corporate development for the organization. Grusd was the CEO of Huffington Post for over three years. His experience also includes General Counsel & Global Head of Corporate Development at Spotify and Chief Strategy Officer at AOL.

Rio SEO Taps Business Development Director

Brianna Bartlett has joined Rio SEO as Director of Business Development. Bartlett is an industry veteran who has worked in sales and partnership roles at GotU, Tiger Pistol, and OrangeSoda.
