Industry Vet Lem Lloyd Joins Buzzboard as SVP
BuzzBoard has brought on Lem Lloyd as Senior Vice President of Revenue and Business Development. He brings two decades of experience in sales leadership, largely in the local commerce, small business and listings industries. Lem has held several executive-level roles ranging from leading large sales divisions at public companies, to incubating new marketplace companies. His roles include VP of Channel and Emerging Markets at Rocket Fuel, VP of Sales at Angie’s List, VP of Channel Sales and General Manager at Yahoo.

Silicon Beach’s inMarket Hires CRO
inMarket, digital advertising company for the physical world, has hired mobile and location marketing veteran Chris Kozloski as Chief Revenue Officer. Chris joins inMarket after serving as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at MaxPoint Interactive, since 2010. Under Chris’s leadership, MaxPoint grew to over $100 million in revenue, leading to an IPO in 2015. Prior to joining MaxPoint, he spent more than 15 years with digital startups. He’ll oversee all sales and revenue operations across inMarket’s offices in Chicago, New York and Venice Beach, CA. inMarket has raised $2m in venture capital since its founding in 2010.

Board Member Appointment at NinthDecimal
NinthDecimal has appointed Manish Bhatia to its board of directors. Bhatia brings one of the most successful industry track records of identifying, building and managing successful digital data businesses globally with more than 20 years of experience. Bhatia is currently the CEO of the North American business of Kantar Media, a global leader in media intelligence. He recently served as Chief Product Officer at comScore. Before joining comScore, Bhatia was EVP of new product innovation at Arbitron and CEO of Symphony Advanced Media. NinthDecimal has raised over $68m in venture capital from investors like DFJ and Comcast Ventures.

SITO Mobile Executive Changes
Publicly traded, SITO Mobile Ltd, made several senior leadership promotions over the past few weeks.  Adam Meshekow, EVP Product & National Sales since September 2014, has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer, and will assume responsibility for all existing and new revenue streams. He was previously at Single Touch Interactive, Toys R Us, and Bain & Company. Michael Blanche, SVP of Technology and Innovation since January, has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer. In this new role, Mr. Blanche will lead the next phase of innovation and growth for the company, focusing on identifying opportunities and developing technology that result in a competitive advantage and deliver return on investment. Jon Lowen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Lowen initially joined the company through the acquisition of DoubleVision (which he cofounded), following leadership positions at DoubleVision and Outdoor Hub. Subsequent to his arrival at SITO, Lowen has overseen the growth of the company’s technology products and managed the operational teams that oversee SITO’s media placement and advertising campaigns.  

Sales Hires at Netsertive
Two new team members have joined Netsertive: Jason Sayen as Residential Sales Director and Chris Perkins as Commercial Sales Director. As the Residential Sales Director, Jason will assist manufacturers and dealers. He brings over 23 years of consumer electronics sales management and business development experience to Netsertive. Prior to joining Netsertive, he held management roles at Savant Systems, a home automation manufacturer, and AVAD LLC, a consumer electronics distributor. Chris will work with commercial A/V brands and leading integration companies in his new role as Commercial Sales Director, helping develop campaigns that drive B2B opportunities for new client acquisition. Prior to joining Netsertive, Perkins helped develop the U.S. market for iMAX Private Cinemas and held leadership positions at Creston Electronics and Kaleidescape. Headquartered in North Carolina, Netsertive has raised more than $62m in venture capital including a $24m Series C in 2016.

Foursquare has a number of business development roles open, including senior business development executive in Asia, and an SF-based business development associate.
