What compelled you to start your company? How has it evolved since you founded it?
“I started Consumer Fusion after being cyberbullied as a teenager during the MySpace days, when I had to figure out on my own how to remove harmful, defaming content. That experience sparked my passion for helping others protect their online presence, which led to building Consumer Fusion from the ground up as a bootstrapped company. Today, it has evolved into an AI-powered Reputation Management platform, trusted by over 14,000 businesses and recognized as the IFA’s preferred vendor for Reputation, Listings, and Social.”
How would you define visibility and reputation? Why are they more important today than ever before?
“Visibility is how easily your business can be found on Google, social platforms, or AI search. Reputation is what people see and say about you once they find you. Today, with search and AI surfacing reviews and content instantly, both are more critical than ever directly influencing trust, clicks, and customer decisions.

What has been a personal consumer experience recently that ties to your career?
“I recently searched for a local service and realized AI had already pulled in reviews, listings, and social content before I even clicked a website. As a consumer, that shaped my trust instantly, and as a founder, it reminded me why visibility and reputation matter so much in today’s AI-driven search.”
When you’re not searching for services, what do you do? Hobbies and activities?
“When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband and three kids, traveling, cheering at their sports games, or planning our next adventure. I love fitness, beach runs, skiing, golf, Padres baseball, and a great coastal dinner (with an espresso martini in hand). I’m passionate about creating experiences that mix fun, family, and community.”
