Chatmeter Scores New Funding Amid Hiring Spree

Local brand management platform Chatmeter announced a new investment by Providence Strategic Growth aimed at helping the company increase its ambitions further after hiring 25 employees over the course of six months. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Chatmeter helps brands with multiple locations leverage location-specific resources to improve their search prospects and marketing campaigns. That’s extra helpful for brands with hundreds or even thousands of locations that are trying to cater to local markets but can’t possibly allot top talent to every single location.

The company has analyzed over 1.9 million locations and billions of customer reviews and social media mentions. It works with brands in many verticals, including retail, restaurants, health care, and automotive.

CEO Collin Holmes said the funding will help Chatmeter improve its technology and team as growth continues.
