The solution is designed to yield a rare 88% response rate from the customer, producing insights with a regularity that businesses typically struggle to achieve.
The solution also asks different questions based on the customer’s profile: whether they use a loyalty card, for example, and what kind of products they purchase in the given transaction. It’s customer feedback for a smarter age of business insights.
