Seasoned Executive Joins Mono Solutions as CFO

Mono Solutions has appointed Kasper Boel Rousøe as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Mono Solutions, Kasper was CFO at Designit, where he played a key role in growing Designit to its status as a leading global design agency. He also brings experience from CFO positions at other companies including Milestone Systems, Lenovo, and IBM.

COO Appointment at Emerging Insider Communications

Max Markovstev has joined Emerging Insider Communications as Chief Operations Officer. Markovstev was most recently the co-founder of the Leo Burnett Moscow office in charge of Proctor and Gamble’s Russia business. Following this time period, he led strategy and business intelligence for J. Walter Thompson’s digital division in North America.

MoviePass Appoints Board Member

MoviePass has appointed Maria Stipp, CEO of Lagunitas Brewing Company, to its Board of Directors. As CEO of Lagunitas Brewing Company, Stipp drives both the global business growth of Lagunitas as well as integration with Heineken. Prior to Lagunitas, Stipp was President of ecoATM. Prior to becoming President of ecoATM, she was Chief New Venture Officer for Outerwall, the company that acquired ecoATM in 2013. Prior to these experiences, she held senior leadership positions at Activision and Miller Brewing Company.

Twitter’s CISO Leaves

After three years as Chief Information Security Officer, Michael Coates has left Twitter to start his own consulting firm. Prior to joining Twitter in 2015, Coates was the Director of Product Security at Shape and Director of Security Assurance at Mozilla Corporation. The timing is interesting since information security leaders at Google and Facebook either moved roles or left their respected companies recently.
