Every two weeks, Search Influence’s Kelly Benish — who knows practically everyone in hyperlocal — covers some of the latest job changes taking place in this dynamic industry. (Plus, scroll down for jobs on offer now.)

Lynn Danko – Newscycle
NEWSCYCLE Solutions recently announced the appointment of its new chief financial officer, Lynn Danko. Danko will be based in the lovely town of Bloomington, Minn., at the company’s corporate headquarters, and will report to CEO Preston McKenzie. Her responsibilities as CFO include compliance, corporate financial management, and human resources.

Multiple hires – xAd
Global location ad platform xAd has announced the appointment of two industry veterans to top sales and engineering roles in order to improve their ad platform, implement product innovation and client growth for the company. With over 20 years of experience in building technology, George Rekouts has joined xAd to lead engineering. He was recruited from Adobe, where he had been a senior engineer. And, with over 20 years of sales and ad tech expertise, Beth Gregg has joined the company as head of both direct and programmatic sales coming from DataXu to be SVP of sales.

Chris Mancini – Reply!
Working primarily in healthcare & the interwebs, Chris Mancini made moves from QualityHealth where he served as EVP to CMO of Reply!. Recently, he was promoted to president and CEO of the audience-targeted marketing platform. It also appears that Payam Zamani has stepped down from his role of CEO, but he is still on the board and was one of the founding fathers of Reply!. Zamani’s life story is pretty amazing: at 16, he was forced to flee to America from Iran and worked his way up from startup to startup, finally finding success with Reply!

Jennifer Monteverde – AddThis
I wrote about Jennifer Monteverde a couple of years back when she started at N.E.W. where she lead business development efforts for Repair.com as well as the management of marketing, public relations, media planning, media buying and research. She was also at AOL for a number of years as their director of business development. Jen was most recently brought on by AddThis as their director of data solutions and with her vast data experience in tow, I know it’ll be a good fit. Congrats Jen!

David Cancel and Elias Torres
Hubspot’s chief product officer, David Cancel and engineering VP Elias Torres recently decided to step down — even as Hubspot is rumored to be on the cusp of IPO. Rumor also has it that Cancel and Torres are working on a super-secret project that only tight-lipped friends and family know about. The longtime buds came over to Hubspot from Boston-based Performable after Hubspot acquired them years ago. Watching this move to see what they have brewing!
