Having worked with  Universal Pictures, Meta, and Samsung, she has helped launch films, music platforms, interactive projects, and API-driven digital products.

As we know, the phygital (physical + digital) world today involves immersive consumer experiences. Before you hear Rachel speak, get a glimpse of her perspectives on current and future trends.

As a “futurist,” thought leader, and observer/analyst of human behavior, what are the three biggest changes you’ve seen in media and culture over the past 10 years?

“The biggest changes I have seen in media and culture over the last 10 years are the shift from brands being able to control their narrative, manage information, and project culture to a co-creative landscape where audiences are an integrated part of the narrative. Transparency, collaboration, and truth hold more weight than they ever have before.”

MULO (multi-location) brands are no longer just retailers, restaurants, or service centers. They are “experiences.” How do brands need to think about their marketing in light of that?

“They need to ensure teams are in pods or integrated in very intentional ways to ensure channel strategies are built in a connected way, with every stage of the consumer journey considered in a linear and non-linear way.”

What are you looking forward to most about Street Fight LIVE 2025? Why did you agree to speak?

“I am looking forward to learning about how data is being used in interesting ways that I have never seen before to optimize experiences and unlock new ones. I decided to speak because you never know where inspiration is going to come from.”

When you’re not working, what do you do for fun/relaxation?

“When I am not working, I watch too many movies, ride my bike, watch comedy shows, power sleep, and have just started supporting an organization called CASA that supports children and youth within the foster care system.”

We invite you to join us and meet Rachel Noonan (as well as leaders from companies like Neighborly, Yelp, Scorpion, Massage Heights and Fat Brands)  at  Street Fight LIVE 2025 , September 30th in Los Angeles. “Ride” into the future with Rachel and an amazing line-up of visionary leaders!
