Former Microsoft CXO Joins Qualtrics
Qualtrics has appointed Julie Larson-Green as Chief Experience Officer, effective January 2018. As CXO, Larson-Green will be leading the design of Qualtrics’ intricately connected customer, employee, product, and brand experiences. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Larson-Green spent 25 years at Microsoft, most recently as its Chief Experience Officer where she led Microsoft’s efforts to reimagine the Office suite for intelligent work through artificial intelligence, collaboration tools, and digital assistance capabilities. Qualtrics was founded in 2002, has over 1,000 employees, and has raised $400m in venture capital.

CRO Appointment At Sinclair Broadcast Group
Rob Weisbord has been named Chief Revenue Officer of Sinclair Broadcast Group. Weisbord has served as SVP, Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair Digital Group since June 2017 and as Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair Digital Group since January 2014. He joined Sinclair in 1997 and held multiple positions before leadership positions at the company.

ICO Company Hires Former Mashable CTO
Denver based startup, Balehu, announced the hire of two executives to their team. Frederick Townes joins as Chief Technical Officer, and Kevin Meilinger steps in as Director of Marketing. Townes – a serial entrepreneur – was Co-Founder and CTO of Placester and Founding CTO of Mashable. Meilinger brings more than 20 years of marketing experience and joins the company from his most recent role as director of content marketing for IT infrastructure provider ViaWest.

Reveal Mobile Appoints CRO
Reveal Mobile announced the appointment of seasoned business executive Michael Benedict to its management team as Chief Revenue Officer. Benedict spent the past 16 years at Progress Software, a $500-million global software company, eventually serving as president, data connectivity and integration and then completing his tenure as Chief Product Officer. Reveal Mobile has raised $2.5m in seed and debt financing.
