Acquisio Adds Former HubSpot CRO to Board
Montreal-based local marketing platform, Acquisio, has appointed Mark Roberge to its Board of Directors. Roberge is a full-time Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, and will continue in that position. Prior to HBS, Roberge served as SVP of Global Sales and Services at HubSpot where he scaled annualized revenue from $0 to $100 million. He was ranked #19 in Forbes’ Top 30 Social Sellers in the World and awarded the 2010 Salesperson of the Year at the MIT Sales Conference.
Kantar Media Promotes Industry Expert
Kantar Media, a global leader in media intelligence, has hired Steve Passwaiter as Vice President and General Manager. Passwaiter was a Senior Director at Kantar Media before assuming his new role. Prior to joining Kantar Media, he was a former Board Adviser at Sportsdigita and Vice President of Business Development at BIA/Kelsey.
New Revenue Lead at Cuebiq
Lauren McGrath has been named Vice President of Revenue Development for NYC based location intelligence company Cuebiq. In this position, McGrath will lead the partnership initiatives within the retail, government, logistics and finance verticals. Cubeiq raised $3m in venture capital in 2015. Prior to joining Cuebiq, McGrath led the development of mobile channel partnerships for UberMedia.
Zift Solutions Hires Chief Strategy Officer to Fuel Growth
Laz Gonzalez has joined Zift Solutions as Chief Strategy Officer. Laz brings decades of channel expertise to Zift and has served as strategic advisor to leading B2B channel programs worldwide. Previously, Gonzalez was Group Director of Channel Sales and Marketing Strategies at SiriusDecisions for close to eight years.
SpinGo Hires Early InsideSales.com Employee
Sales leader David Draper has moved on from InsideSales.com to join event startup SpinGo. Draper was brought on to the SpinGo team as Senior Director of Sales. The Utah based company has raised close to $10m in venture capital.
Aggressive Hiring at SproutLoud
SproutLoud has hired several key roles for their executive leadership team. The Florida based company hired David Spinola as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the SproutLoud team, Spinola was a private equity investor at Millpond Equity Partners, CFO at Academy Medical, and Vice President at Brockway Moran & Partners. Additionally, SproutLoud has hired Samantha Downie as Vice President of People and Culture. Prior to Sproutloud, Downie was former Director of Operations and Human Resources at Northwestern Mutual.
Yext Appoints Marketing Veteran as Advisor
Bob Kraut has been appointed to Yext’s Board of Advisors. Kraut brings years of marketing, franchise, and retail experience to the company. Before joining Yext, Kraut was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Papa John’s and SVP of Brand Marketing and Advertising for Arby’s.
