June 6: Ritual Locks Down $70 Million to Infuse Take-Out Orders with Loyalty
Georgian Partners led the Series C round, TechVibes reported. Ritual offers a platform on which users can order from local restaurants, accruing loyalty rewards in the process. Ritual is looking to expand further across North America and around the globe.

June 13: NYIAX Raises $5.6 Million for ‘Guaranteed Advertising Contract Marketplace’
WestPark Capital led the round, according to a press release. NYIAX disrupts media buying and selling, offering advertisers and publishers the opportunity to trade contracts on its platform. The platform’s first trades are scheduled for next month.

June 14: Influential Rakes In $12 Million to Connect Brands with Ideal Audiences
Influential’s AI-powered platform connects brands with social channels and influencers who can afford them the most bang for their advertising bucks, VentureBeat reported. WME, Capital Zed, ECA Ventures, Paradigm Talent Agency, Roar, and Tech Coast Angels participated in the round. Influential will use the funding to keep building out its technology.

June 19: Talentry Scores €6 million for Recruitment Marketing Platform
Nauta Capital led the Series A round, EU Startups reported. Talentry allows employers to leverage their employees’ own networks to find the best possible candidates. Talentry is investing in its product.

June 21: Tiller Secures $13.9 Million for Cash Register of the Future
Ring Capital led the round, TechCrunch reported. Tiller’s software solution, meant to revamp the clunky cash registers of yore that still populate many retail outlets and restaurants, works on an iPad. Tiller will pursue European clients beyond its current 5,000, who are primarily located in France and Spain.

June 21: Stensul Snaps Up $7 Million for Email Marketing Platform
Javelin Venture Partners led the round, MarTech Advisor reported. The company helps enterprise marketers up their game and save time on a decades-old process that remains central to the marketer’s arsenal. Stensul will use the funding to build its staff. 

June 21: Urban Airship Snags $25 Million for Multichannel Marketing Platform
Foundry Group led the Series F round, TechCrunch reported. Urban Airship’s platform, originally focused on push notifications, now supports a range of channels including email, mobile wallets, and voice assistants, TechCrunch explains. The funding will accelerate Urban’s growth.
