Every two weeks, Search Influence’s Kelly Benish — who knows practically everyone in hyperlocal — covers some of the latest job changes taking place in this dynamic industry. (Plus, scroll down for jobs on offer now.)

Lem Lloyd – Angie’s List
Word on the street has it that Yahoo vet Lem Lloyd has joined Angie’s List as VP of sales after a short-ish stint as CRO of Fixya. He is looking forward to working for a great brand and re-architecting a 1,000-person sales force, and is apparently also having a ball. Happy to hear it, Lem!

Amman Badlani – Resolution Media
I first met Amman at Pubcon when he was associate director of online marketing at Planned Parenthood and he welcomed me into the usually selective search marketing crowd. After chatting it up at the last Pubcon event, Amman told me about one of the most adorable engagement stories I’ve ever heard. In his off time he blogs for Search Engine Watch which is kind of a big deal and we was most recently hired as associate director of SEO for Resolution Media, which is one of the largest search agencies in the world. The company is very widespread, with more than 600 employees in 60 plus offices worldwide. They also manage about $1.2B in media investments.

Tiffany Miller – Kenshoo
Kenshoo has brought on Tiffany Miller (formerly Rowe) as director of business development for Kenshoo Local. In this role, Miller will create and manage global relationships and alliances with partner organizations in support of SMB channel growth. Miller will work from Kenshoo’s U.S. headquarters in San Francisco. With more than 12 years of experience in the technology industry including Internet and enterprise services. She spent five years at GoDaddy.com in business development and she is a decorated veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Reserves in the past.

Sensis Cutting 800 Jobs
As Telstra recently decided to digitize their business they have proposed to cut about 800 jobs within the once giant of a directory business. Sensis said that they will commence employment with their staff on the proposed job cuts and other changes to operation. The job cuts would affect roles internationally across their  advertising operations, sales team, management and support teams. Having quite a few friends that have at one point worked for Sensis this is a saddening change, some of the brightest talent stemming from directories have come from them.
