Two Leadership Hires at GroundTruth
GroundTruth appointmented Eric Hadley as Chief Marketing Officer and Jeff Hackett as Senior Vice President of North America Sales. Eric Hadley has more than 20 years of marketing and sales leadership experience. Prior to GroundTruth, he worked at Mission, The Weather Channel, Pinterest, Outbrain, and Microsoft. Hadley’s longest tenure was at Microsoft, where he spent 15+ years. Jeff Hackett joins GroundTruth after a short stint at AdColony. Before AdColony, Hackett spent 14+ years at comScore in multiple roles. GroundTruth has raised more than $116m since its founding in 2009.

10 Year Yext Veteran Decamps for Attune
After helping get Yext off the ground over 10 years ago, Bryan Rutcofsky has left the company. Rutcofsky is now the Head of Revenue at Attune. Attune is focused on modernizing the antiquated insurance industry and providing value for small businesses. Founded in 2016, the platform uses advanced technology to automatically pull required information and deliver customized results within minutes.

VaynerMedia Hires CCO
Andrea Sullivan has joined VaynerMedia as Chief Client Officer. VaynerMedia is a social-first digital shop that focuses on storytelling across platforms. Prior to VaynerMedia, Sullivan spent 13+ years at Interbrand. Her most recently role at Interbrand was Chief Marketing Officer.

Cardlytics Promotes New CTO
Cardlytics, a purchase intelligence platform, promoted Sathish Gaddipati to Chief Technology Officer. Formerly Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at Cardlytics, Gaddipati will continue to lead platform engineering, technical product management, software development, data engineering, quality assurance, and IT operations for the company. Prior to Cardlytics, he held roles at The Weather Channel, The Walt Disney Company, NCR Corporation, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Sun Microsystems, and Omnitracs. Cardlytics was founded in 2008 and has raised more than $200m in venture capital.

Emerging Market Data Intelligence Firm Hires Marketing Head
Small business data intelligence company, dataPlor (my company), has hired Shannon McCarthy as Head of Marketing. McCarthy will run dataPlor’s marketing and strategy from content creation to paid search. She most recently was a Sales Executive for Olapic. Prior to Olapic, she worked at Gartner in enterprise sales roles for over three years. dataPlor is investor backed and operational throughout LATAM and APAC.
