UpServe Hires Strategic Leader
UpServe has hired Brad Kime as Senior Vice President of Alliances and Channel Sales. Kime was most recently SVP of Signpost. Prior to Signpost, Kime was CRO at LendKey and president of onDeck.

Former YP Exec Joins Broadly
After eight years at YP, Chris Deianni has joined Broadly as head of business development. Deianni served in several roles at YP, with the most recent role being executive director of business development. The hire by Broadly is like many organization in the hyper-local space after the YP / Dex merger. A talent surplus hit the market with leaders from YP being picked up by digital companies.

Shake Up at Los Angeles Times
Ross Levinsohn, the former interim CEO of Yahoo, was named Publisher and Chief Executive Officer at the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, the LA Times Editor-In-Chief, has been replaced by Jim Kirk. Kirk recently served as SVP, Publisher and Editor-In-Chief at the Sun Times News Group. Tronc – the parent company of Los Angeles Times – made the decision last Monday to shake up the LA Times. As of date of publication, Tronc’s stock is at an all time high for the month.

New Hires at SalesFuel
Lisa Rigsby joins SalesFuel as Sales Strategist and Consultant, facilitating sales of SalesFuel’s core product AdMall. Rigsby experience includes Local Sales Manager at Spectrum Reach and Digital Solutions Manager at CDK Global. SalesFuel also hired Kim Savon as Sales Strategist. Kim will lead sales of the company’s newest product TeamKeeper, a team leadership and development system. Prior to SalesFuel, Savon was a Business Development Specialist at DYNAMIT and Business Development Director at S4 NetQuest.

Macy’s Hires eBay Exec
Hal Walton has joined Macy’s as President. Walton brings a wealth of knowledge from tech giant eBay on operations and systems. He was most recently a Senior Vice President at eBay before joining Macy’s. Prior to his two and a half year stint at eBay, Walton was Senior Vice President of Merchandising for 10 years at HomeDepot. He will continue to sit on the Board of Directors for Buffalo Wild Wings while serving as President.
